VTW offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping). Returns after 30 days but less than 90 days will incur a 15% restocking charge. No returns after 90 days.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it. Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase (receipt) is required

If you would like to request a return, please contact us at learn@victesolinwoodworks.com. Please include the reason you would like to return the item(s). If your item arrived damaged or unsatisfactory, please include photos to expedite the return process.

We will do our best to respond within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

If your return is accepted, you are responsible for the shipping charges to return your item(s). We are not responsible if your shipment goes missing. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipment method to reduce possible loss.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will confirm that we have issued you your refund. Please allow up to 1 week for the refund to show on your payment method. 

Damages and Unsatisfactory Items

In the event that your item is received damaged or doesn't meet your exceptions, please contact us immediately. Please include photos so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Online Classes

In order to facilitate an interactive group learning experience, we need a certain number of people to sign-up for each class. This is why we need at least 48 hours notice prior to classes to know the total number of participants.

Up to 48 hours prior to the start of the class: we can give you a credit towards a future class or item in the VTW Store.

Private Instruction

Up to 48 hours prior to the start of your session: we can give you a refund or we can simply reschedule your session at no additional cost.

Less than 48 hours prior to the start of the class: a refund will not be given but you will receive a credit. You can use this credit towards a future private learning session, or on any product or webinar in the VTW store.

Digital Products (Gift Cards)
