Woodworking would be pretty dull if we were all the same. Our differences are what make the craft, and life, more interesting. VTW is a safe and inclusive space that welcomes everyone, no matter your background, identity, or experience.

Respect is the only rule that really matters here. Discrimination or disrespect has no place in my shop.
